By accessing or using the DeliveryHUB application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not access the Service.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses, package descriptions, and receiver contact information. Misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
Riders must maintain a valid driver's licence and vehicle insurance. Riders are independent contractors responsible for their own tax obligations.
All bids are binding once accepted. The platform calculates estimated pricing based on distance, demand, and time. The accepted bid is the final charge.
DeliveryHUB is a platform connecting customers and riders. While we verify riders, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or acts of nature.
Disputes should first be resolved through in-app support. Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding arbitration under applicable law.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour harmful to other users.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable local laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
