We collect information about delivery requests, bids, completed deliveries, and payment transactions to provide our services and resolve disputes.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information between customers and riders as needed to complete deliveries. We may share aggregated, anonymized data with analytics partners.
We implement industry-standard security including end-to-end encryption, secure HTTPS, and regular security audits to protect your data at rest and in transit.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time via app settings or by emailing help@deliveryhub.tech.
