How do I create a delivery request?β–Ύ

Open the app, tap "New Delivery", enter your pickup address, drop-off address, package details, and receiver contact. Once submitted, nearby riders will start placing bids within minutes.

How does rider bidding work?β–Ύ

After posting a delivery, available riders submit bids. You see each rider's profile, vehicle type, and rating. Accept the bid that works best for you β€” price, speed, or trust.

Can I track my delivery in real-time?β–Ύ

Yes! Once a rider starts your delivery, you can watch their live GPS location on the map, see the delivery route, and get live ETA updates until delivery is confirmed.

What if my package is lost or damaged?β–Ύ

Contact support immediately through the app. Document the issue with photos. We have a dispute resolution process and riders carry appropriate insurance.

How is delivery pricing calculated?β–Ύ

The system estimates a price based on distance, current demand, and traffic conditions. Riders bid at or around this price and you choose which bid to accept.

How do I start earning with DeliveryHUB?β–Ύ

Download the app, complete rider verification (license, vehicle, ID), and once approved you can browse open delivery requests and start bidding immediately.

Can I deliver multiple packages at once?β–Ύ

Yes! The multi-package routing feature batches compatible deliveries into one optimized route so you earn more per trip with less idle time.

When and how do I get paid?β–Ύ

Earnings appear in your Rider Dashboard after each delivery confirmation. Weekly payouts are transferred directly to your bank account or mobile money.

What navigation does DeliveryHUB use?β–Ύ

We use real road navigation via OpenRouteService, OSRM, or Google Directions API β€” providing accurate turn-by-turn directions on actual roads.
